Unclaimed Money and Property in NH

Unclaimed property in New Hampshire is more common than people may think. Many NH residents have unclaimed money and property that have been reserved for them by the government and are availability in a database provided at no charge by the State of New Hampshire. Some of these unclaimed funds and property are reported by banks, overpaid taxes, mortgage companies, and companies that were overpaid for products or services that are legally obligated to report unclaimed money and property owed to you to the government. Usually money and property in New Hampshire go unclaimed because of name changes like in a marriage, a death, moving, or other major life changes that make you hard to find.
