Recipes for Halloween Fun
Halloween
is filled with ghosts and goblins. But did you know that there
are lots of food recipes that you can make for Halloween? Here are some great recipes to get you started:

Spider Snake Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow cake mix
12 pieces of black licorice
1 can of vanilla frosting
Orange food coloring
3 cups of M&M’s candies
2 mini snickers bars
You will need:
2 12-cup cake pans
24 paper cupcake liners
Spatula
1 heavy tray

Directions:
Preheat over 350 degrees. Place the cupcake liners into
the pan.
Make the cake according to the directions on the box.
Divide the cake among the cupcake pan.
Bake according to the directions on the box.
While the cupcakes are cooking, cut the licorice into even
2-inch pieces.
Place the vanilla frosting in a bowl and add the orange food
coloring so that the frosting is now orange.
Once the cake is done and cooled, frost the cupcakes evenly with
the orange frosting.
Lace M&M’s around the cupcakes. Take the licorice and
place one on each side of the cupcake to make spider legs.
Now take two of the cupcakes, one for each of the head of the
spider snake.
Cut one of the snicker bars in half and place on the lead
cupcake for the eyes. Then place one M&M on each half of
the snicker bar.
Line 12 cupcakes per snake on the tray. Do the same with
the other 12 cupcakes so you end up with two spider snakes.

Pumpkin Cookie Pops Recipe
(These
are absolutely my favorite Halloween treat)
Ingredients:
1 roll of sugar cookie dough
1 can of vanilla frosting
Orange and green food coloring
1 cup of M&M’s
You will need:
2 cookie sheets
30 colored craft sticks

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line the cookie sheets with foil paper.
Cut the cookie dough into 30 cookies; 15 on each sheet.
Place a craft stick under each cookie.
Bake the cookies and remove to cool.
Take ¼ of the frosting green. Tint the rest of the frosting
orange.
Spread the orange frosting on each of the cookies evenly.
Using the green frosting to make the pumpkin on the top of each
cookie pop.
Use the M&M’s to make the eyes, nose and smile.

Party Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups of tiny pretzels
2.5 cups of oat cereal such as Cheerios
2.5 cups Chex Mix cereal
1 cup of peanuts
1 cup of round cereal such as Kix or Cocoa Puffs
2 cups white chocolate pieces
1 Tbs. shortening

Directions:
In a bowl, combine the pretzels, oat cereal, Chex Mix cereal,
peanuts and the round cereal.
In the microwave, combine the white chocolate pieces and the
shortening for 2 minutes.
Pour the microwave mixture over the cereal mixture.
Spread the mixture over in a cookie sheet that is lined with
foil paper.
Cool, break apart and enjoy!

Cider Delight Recipe
Ingredients:
6 cups apple cider
1 pound caramel candies
2 ounces of whipped cream cheese
½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Heat the apple cider in a saucepan over medium heat.
Place the caramels in the bottom of each mug.
Add the cider, sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!

Devilish Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
2 dozen hard boiled eggs
Mustard
Mayonnaise
|
Directions:
After you peel the eggs, slice in half lengthwise and take out
the yolk and add to a mixing bowl along with a little bit of
both mustard and mayonnaise.
Using a fork, blend the ingredients together.
Fill each yolk half with the egg mixture and chill in the
fridge.

Creepy Crunchies Recipe
3 Tbs. butter
2 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cup rice krispies cereal
Orange and black M&M’s

Directions:
Melt margarine over low heat. Add marshmallows and mix
until completely melted.
Remove from heat and add cereal until the cereal is well coated.
Add the M&M’s and blend well.
Spray a baking pan with non stick spray and spread the mixture
inside the pan evenly.
Once it is cooled you can cut them into squares.

Black Kool-Aid Recipe
6 oz. envelope grape Kool-Aid
1 cup water
2 cups grape juice
1 carrot
4 large marshmallows
1 can pineapple slices
1 can peaches
2 cups seedless grapes
Ice cubes

Directions:
Drain the cans of pineapple and peaches. Set aside.
Place Kool-Aid in 2 cups of water and mix together.
Add grapes juice to Kool-Aid and 1 cup of ice cubes. Mix
until the ice cubes are dissolved.
Shred carrot and add to Kool-Aid mixture.
Break marshmallow into pieces and then slice peaches into cubes
and add to Kool-Aid. Add pineapple and grapes.
Chill.

Halloween Apples Recipe
Ingredients:
14 oz. pkg. of caramels.
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 Tbs. water
5 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
5 crispy apples
Wooden skewers

Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Set aside.
Mix caramels, marshmallows and water in cooking pot. Stir
until the caramels are completely melted.
Insert skewers into the apples. Take each apple and dip
into the caramel mixture. Make sure the apples are
completely coated.
Place apples on cookie sheets and refrigerate until hardened.
Melt chocolate in microwave.
Take the apples and, one by one, dip them in the chocolate
mixture.

Witches’ Brew Recipe
Ingredients:
10. pkg. of frozen raspberries, thawed
2.5 cups cranberry juice
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
2 liter bottle of ginger ale
2 liters bottle of sparkling apple cider
6 gummy worms

Directions:
The first thing you need to do is make the hand that will be
frozen.
Take a rubber glove and set it aside for now.
Take a measuring cup and add the raspberries and cranberry
juice.
Pour two cups of the mixture in a pan. Sprinkle the
gelatin and let stand for 2 minutes.
Once gelatin is dissolved, add the warm mixture to the one in
the measuring cup.
Pour the mixture from the measuring cup into the glove. Tie the top of the glove with a rubber band. Freeze until
completely solid.
When it is serving time, remove the frozen hand from the glove.
Lean the frozen hand against the inside if a punch bowl.
Add ginger ale and sparkling cider.
Garnish with gummy worms.

Pumpkin Patch Pull Apart Recipe
Ingredients:
Mini–cupcake liners 1 box (18 oz) carrot cake mix
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple 1 cup sweetened flaked
coconut 41⁄2 cups vanilla or cream cheese frosting
Orange and green gel food color 1 cup chocolate
frosting

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Line miniature muffin pans with paper
liners. (Don’t worry if you have only one pan. After baking a
batch, remove baked cupcakes to rack. Then just place the pan in
your freezer to cool down quickly before lining and baking the
next batch.)
2. Prepare cake mix as package directs; stir
in crushed pineapple and coconut until blended. Spoon a Tbsp
into each muffin cup.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until wooden
pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cupcakes cool in
pan on wire rack 5 minutes before removing to rack. Cool
completely.
4. Tint 4 cups vanilla frosting orange. Tint
remaining 1⁄2 cup vanilla frosting green. Spoon green and
chocolate frosting into separate quart-size ziptop bags and snip
off a tiny corner for piping.
5. On a 20 x 16-in. flat
platter, arrange cupcakes into a pumpkin shape. Frost body of
pumpkin orange. With skewer, sketch face onto pumpkin as a
guide; pipe face and stem with chocolate frosting. Pipe green
frosting for leaves and vines.

Easy Halloween Eyeballs Recipe
Ingredients:
* 20 marshmallows * 20 cranraisins * Red icing
writer

Directions:
Assemble the eyeballs by pushing one cranraisin into the center
of one marshmallow. Using the red icing writer, draw the
bloodshot lines on the top and sides of the marshmallow. Allow
the marshmallow eyeballs to dry before serving them at your
Halloween party.
Repeat the process with the rest of your
marshmallows. Makes 20 eyeballs.

Brain Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients:
* 1 lb Musketeers miniatures candy bar * 1 1/2 cups
heavy cream * 1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese, softened
* 1 lb semi-sweet chocolate baking bits * 1 (18 1/4
ounce) box spice cake mix * 4 eggs * 1 cup
buttermilk * 1/2 cup vegetable oil * 1 cup old
fashioned oats * blue paper baking cups * 24
wooden toothpicks (optional) * paper, banners
(optional) * tape (optional) or child safe glue
(optional)

Directions:
1.Make frosting: Combine 2 cups chopped 3 Musketeers Brand fun
size Bars with 1 cup heavy cream. Microwave for 1 minute,
stirring frequently until smooth. Chill mixture for 1 hour. Beat
cream cheese until smooth and blend with chilled 3 Musketeers
Brand fun size Bars mixture. Set aside 1 cup of frosting and
spoon rest into re-sealable bag, snip off a 1/3-inch corner,
chill
until ready to use.
2.Make cupcakes: Combine cake mix with eggs, buttermilk and
oil. Fold in oats and Chocolate Candies into batter. Divide
batter evenly between 24 muffin cups fitted with paper cupcake
liners. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Cool completely.
3.Spread cupcakes tops with thin layer
of frosting. Pipe brain shapes on top. Add a toothpick banner if
desired and sprinkle with M&M'S® BAKING MINIS® Chocolate
Candies.
