Looking for a NH Condominium or Townhouse
Rental?
For a true “home away from home” travel
experience, condominium and townhouse rental is a roomier alternative to
traditional hotel/motel stays, and in many instances also offers a more
economical alternative for larger families. Depending upon the size of
your party, it is worth comparing the price of two or more hotel rooms
versus the cost of a single condominium unit. Also, private bedrooms,
large living spaces, fireplace, multiple bathrooms, and a full kitchen
all add to that “home away from home” experience. Condominium and
townhouse rentals have always been popular in ski country, as multiple
families or multi-generational families have found the value, comfort,
and convenience to work well for them for a winter ski vacation. As the
trend continues for larger family vacations year-round, the popularity
of condominium rentals now transcends all seasons.
Comparing NH Condominium Rentals:
Condominiums and townhouses are normally
privately owned. The majority include bed linens, towels, paper goods,
and basic amenities. Daily housekeeping, if available, is usually on a
fee basis. In most cases, furniture and décor are to a specific owner’s
taste, and amenities such as washer/dryers, Jacuzzi tubs, decks,
porches, etc. vary by property. It is always best to ask in advance for
a property’s specific amenities as they relate to your needs.
Condominium rentals are available on NH’s
seacoast, in the lakes region, and in the White Mountains region of
NH…pretty much anywhere visitors are welcome. Most are rented through
professional rental management companies and some are rented by the
owner directly. In either case, do your research to make sure you know
exactly what you are renting and the amount of support you will have on
property in case you have any questions or needs once you arrive at your
destination.
