Swiftwater Covered Bridge is located on Valley Rd and crosses the
Wild Ammonoosuc River in Bath New Hampshire. GPS coordination:

Swiftwater Covered Bridge was built in 1849 and is listed in the
World Guide of Covered Bridges (WGCB), number 29-05-02, and is New
Hampshire covered bridge #29.
Swiftwater Covered Bridge was often threatened by log jams, but was
actually destroyed by flood waters twice in the early 1800's. The
current bridge is the 4th to be built at the site.
