Road and crosses the Ashuelot River in Swanzey NH. GPS location:

Sawyer's Crossing Covered Bridge was built in 1859. It is said that
the bridge was built to replace a bridge at this site that was built
in 1771.
Sawyer's Crossing Covered Bridge is listed in the World Guide of
Covered Bridges (WGCB), number 29-03-05, and is New Hampshire
covered bridge #6.
Sawyer's Crossing Covered Bridge is also know as Sawyer's Bridge and
Cresson Bridge.
Sawyer's Crossing Covered Bridge was once used by the Chesterfield
Cigarette company when the company used the image of the bridge on
one of their Christmas edition cartons, promoting to give their
cigarettes as a present for Christmas. Arthur Godfrey came to the
bridge for the photo shoot and Governor Hugh Gregg presented Arthur
Godfrey and honorary deed to the bridge in New York, making him and
owner of Sawyer's Crossing Covered Bridge
