Realty, Inc was created in 1993 by Jere Peabody & Andy Smith.
Both Jere and Andy were successful real estate brokers but were
ready to start on their own with a new concept, a concept that
would
enable agents to work together as a team,
a true innovation in the real estate industry. By working
together, the Peabody & Smith team concept worked. Agents were
able to help sellers by showing their property more and it
created an openness in the office. We still use this concept
today, and credit this concept for our
dominance in the market.
As an independent
real estate firm, we were pleased to be chosen to be part of the
Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
This organization is made up of 700 independent real estate
firms from all over the country and world.
Together our independent firms sell more real estate than the
franchised firms.
We are also
